From http://www.grainger.de/music/composers/roseyg.html: George Rosey (1864-1936) is the pseudonym that was used by George. E. Rosenberg. He was probably a European immigrant with a formal musical education and was a pioneer vaudeville orchestrator and composer of popular marches, waltzes etc. Of ragtime interest his A Rag-time Skedaddle (1899).
