About the Author
Sabine Schöler, SAP employee since 1993, was project leader in several complex SAP implementation and development projects. Today she uses this experience in the department of Service Solution Management for coordination and further development of the SAP service portfolio and the methodologies for SAP solution operations. Since 2006 she is responsible for the ramp-up of several SAP products.
Olaf Zink studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. In the main part of his studies, he specialized in the areas of controlling, internal accounting, human resources management, and work organization. Since 1997, Olaf Zink has held various roles and positions at SAP, mainly in SAP Consulting. Initially, he worked as a Solution Consultant in ERP Financials before moving on to roles as Project Manager and Business Solution Architect with responsibility for international SAP implementation projects. From 2004, he closely studied the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and successfully rolled out Management of Internal Controls, the predecessor software to GRC Process Control, for several SAP customers around the world.
